The HellermannTyton T18R-PA66W-BK cable ties are designed for secure and reliable cable management in indoor and outdoor environments. Manufactured from UV-resistant Polyamide 6.6 (PA66W), these black cable ties offer excellent resistance to prolonged sunlight exposure compared with standard nylon cable ties.
Each tie measures 100 mm (3.94 in) in length and 2.5 mm (0.10 in) in width, accommodating bundle diameters from 1.5 to 22 mm. With a minimum tensile strength of 80 N (18 lbs), they provide dependable fastening for electrical wiring, cable bundles, hoses, and general industrial applications.
The inside-serrated design provides a strong grip, while the bent tail allows quick and easy installation by hand or with compatible cable tie tools. The non-releasable locking mechanism ensures a secure, permanent hold. These cable ties are halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and suitable for operating temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.
