At SLOPE MART, we are dedicated to providing industrial-grade components and professional service to our global customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and standardized return and refund process governed by the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Period & Eligibility Window
In accordance with technical distribution standards, customers may initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery. Packages postmarked or requested after this 30-day window will not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Strict Condition Standards for Industrial Items
To qualify for a refund, returned items must comply with our strict "Pristine Condition" re-sale evaluation. Taking reference from professional industrial hardware distribution regulations:
- Unused & Uninstalled: The item must be completely brand new, unaltered, and must never have been mounted, installed, or integrated into any machinery or system.
- Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged manufacturer packaging, including all original inner boxes, anti-static bags, padding, and protective caps.
- Complete Documentation: All accompanying materials, such as calibration certificates, user manuals, technical data sheets, and specification drawings, must be included in the return package.
- Contamination Exemptions: The item, its original packaging, and enclosed documents must be entirely free of grease, machine oil, hydraulic fluid, fingerprint smudges, chemical residues, or mechanical scratches. Any item showing signs of environmental exposure or workshop handling will be rejected or subject to a heavy restocking depreciation fee.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
To ensure precise tracking and rapid processing, we do not accept any unscheduled or unauthorized returns. Please strictly follow our standard RMA workflow:
- Submit a Request: Contact our after-sales support team via email or our official service channel. Provide your Order Number, the specific part numbers/models you wish to return, and a clear reason for the return (attaching high-resolution photos of the product and its original packaging is highly recommended).
- Receive RMA Authorization: Our technical team will review your request within 1–2 business days. Upon approval, you will receive an official RMA Number along with designated return warehouse address instructions.
- Secure Packaging: Pack the authorized items securely. Please use a secondary outer shipping box. Do not paste shipping labels, duct tape, or write directly on the manufacturer’s original packaging box, as this severely devalues the item for re-sale.
- Clear Marking: Clearly mark or write your assigned RMA Number on the outer shipping box or include the RMA document inside the package.
4. Shipping Costs & Financial Responsibilities
- Customer-Borne Logistics: Unless the return is a direct result of a verified manufacturing defect or an order fulfillment error on our part, all return international/domestic shipping costs, customs clearance fees, duties, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer (sender).
- Logistics Tracking Requirement: We strongly advise using a fully trackable and insured shipping service (such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS). SLOPE MART assumes no liability for return shipments that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
- Original Shipping Non-Refundable: The original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable, as those logistical services were fully rendered upon outbound dispatch.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Shipments
- Immediate Inspection: Upon receiving your parcel, please inspect the contents immediately. If you notice severe outer shipping damage or missing items, report it to the carrier at the time of delivery if possible.
- 48-Hour Notification Window: Defective items, transit damage, or incorrect model deliveries must be reported to SLOPE MART within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by unboxing videos or photographic evidence.
- Resolution: Verified出厂缺陷 (manufacturing defects) or fulfillment errors will be resolved immediately with a complimentary replacement dispatch or a full refund, with SLOPE MART covering all associated return freight expenses.
6. Fast Exchange Policy
Due to the precise technical nature and high turn-around velocity of industrial components, we do not process traditional linear exchanges. To get your correct parts as quickly as possible:
- Submit a standard return request for your current items following the RMA instructions above.
- Place a completely new order online for the correct model or specifications immediately.
- We will expedite and dispatch your new order right away, and issue a refund for your original order once the returned items arrive at our facility and pass technical compliance inspection.
7. Inspection Timeline & Refund Processing
- Technical Evaluation: Once your return parcel arrives at our designated warehouse, our quality control department requires 3 to 5 business days to conduct an unboxing audit and check against contamination or wear.
- Approval Notification: Upon passing inspection, you will receive an automated email notifying you that your refund has been officially approved.
- Payment Reversal: Approved refunds will be issued exclusively to the original payment method utilized during checkout (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
- Financial Processing Delay: Depending on your banking institution or credit card issuer's clearing house protocols, please allow 7 to 14 business days for the refunded credit to reflect on your official financial statement.
